Purpose:

Responsibilities


  • Provide support and efficient provisioning of administrative services and functions to the unit
  • Coordinate office administrative services and function to ensure timeous and accurate service delivery
  • Maintain a filing system according to the National Archives and Records Services Act. 1996 of South Africa (Act No. 43 of 1996 as amended) to ensure both accessibility and adherence to legislation
  • Ensure that completed work adheres to governance and legislative requirements
  • Uphold positive and satisfactory service delivery
  • Administer and control the functioning of the administration section


Job Requirements


  • Grade 12
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar environment
