Purpose:
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and drive an overall programme and project management plan
Manage and take accountability for delivery of contracted work output within agreed parameters of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards and service targets
Manage service providers in the area accountability and ensure work is undertaken professionally within the agreed scope
Establish and manage strategic internal and external relationships
Develop operational plans to meet established annual targets and objectives
Monitor and enforce effective financial control, corporate governance, and financial compliance
Develop and manage a high performance culture
Build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups, in support of Human Settlement programme objective
Job Requirements
- Built Environment, Civil Engineering, or related Degree
- 5 - 7 years' experience in a similar environment
