Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain professional relationships with subordinates and interest groups, in support of operational objectives
  • Ensure work completed adhere to governance and legislative requirements
  • Motivate team members and evaluate quality of work executed
  • Issue instructions to subordinates and maintain discipline
  • Timeously submit reports and attendance registers
  • Play key role in supporting the organisation and Department
  • Effectively utilize resources allocated to the job in order to perform contracted work output and report and escalate shortfalls where necessary
  • Plan and organise own work tasks and routine within work area

Job Requirements

  • Resident of City of Ekurhuleni
  • Matric
  • Post matric qualification
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
